Android White Bar Issue Fixed

I made a small fix for Android where I disabled the option to allow per pixel transparency for those builds.  Per pixel transparency showed a white bar at the top of the app, and transparency isn't supported for Android anyway.  It looks great on Windows and makes for great custom backgrounds that don't fit the size requirement of 3250x1080 pixels for my custom background option.
